Get the tote bag instead Feb 15, 2010 By Tracy J. Twombly
I have bought the reusable grocery tote bags from CYMA before and really like them. So, I thought I'd try this cheaper new product. They are cheaper for good reason. Because of how the bags are shaped, you can't fit a lot of items in them. Plus, I couldn't get the bottoms to lie flat, so when i picked up the sacks, everything would cram to the middle of the bag. It's much like a plastic grocery bag. And the material is so much thinner I'm afraid it's going to break on me. I would suggest spending the extra money for the tote bags which will carry more and last longer.

These bags are so-so. But don't order from CYMA unless you are prepared to be GOUGED on shipping charges. They or Amazon (don't know which) split my order charging shipping for both (although they actually were shipped together) at well more than double what same shipping would cost anybody without a volume discount, which I'm sure CYMA has. And my "free gift" was a coupon for 10% off my next order of bags -- coupon expires in less than a week. LOL. Anybody want a coupon?

These reusable bags were perfect for what we needed. We used them as gift bags to hold coloring books, crayons, books, games, etc. They were a great size and durable to hold all of the items. They arrived within a few days of ordering them and we got a free hot/cold cooler bag as a gift with purchase. It was small, but a good size for going shopping with. I would definitely buy these bags again. You can't beat the price for the quality of product! Beautiful colors too!

The colors are nice and bright, and I love the recycling feature - but they are not nearly as sturdy as the reusable bags I bought from the local grocer. That said, at 50 cents a piece I guess they are satisfactory.

I was looking for reuseable bags for my out of town guests for my upcoming wedding. They are similiar to the style of a plastic grocery bag (the bottom is more rounded) but for the price will work great.
