These bags are great. They are very well constructed and they hold so much.
I bought them in combination with another set [[ASIN:B000XSEZFU Reusable Grocery Tote Bag 5 Pack Combo] because I wasn't sure how much each bag would hold and I wanted to make sure I had enough for all of my weekly groceries. So far I've been able to put everything we buy in about 6 bags.
I've gotten many compliments on them from people at the grocery store. I like that they don't have store logos on them so I can take them anywhere.
If you're looking for good sturdy tote bags that will hold a ton of groceries... look no further... you've found them!

First, they hold a ton. They other day I took one into Wal-mart...
It held:
2 1 litre juices
1 1/2 g. milk
loaf of bread (on top obviously)
20 pack of tortillas
2 bags of cheese
block of cheese
fabric softener
The only thing I had to held was eggs!
Second, the handles are great. You don't have to worry about how much weight they can take like plastic grocery bags.

I've been using these bags about a bit more than a month now.
Like others wrote, it holds a lot. And having a plastic board on the bottom is very important for strength.(Even casher at the store complimented that point).
Only one time, Juice carton's sharp edge torn the bag. So, you might want to be careful when they place something heavy with sharp edge.

Update on September,2011
After using these bags about 1 & 1/2 year, I had couple of tears around handles. But it's just because of the casher stuffed heavy grocery in one bag instead of separating heavy ones evenly. I patched up tear, and they are still good as new.

These totes are great. I love that they are sturdy and fold flat for easy storage. They are very strong and can hold heavy groceries.

I purchased the Olive bags.
LOVE THEM!!!
I have used them many many many times, even filled to the top with canned goods Still they are durrable and just awesome. The grocery store clerks love using them, they go into your trunk so neatly and organized! Taking them into the house is such a pleasure! I will NEVER go back to plastic bags that rip, things fall out in the trunk, the canned goods always in a big messy heap inside the plastic bag. Imagine your groceries nice, perfectly organized and in order..so prefectly... What a difference.
